WHSC Executive Director and Director of Coaching, Mark Godwin, Club Interview

A few weeks ago our Executive Director and Director of Coaching, Mark Godwin, spent some time being interviewed by American Dream Television about the City of Winter Haven and in particular the Winter Haven Soccer Club and how it is becoming a true Community Soccer Club. During the interview about our club, Mark discusses the new partnership with Orlando City and Orlando Pride, reaching out to connect and partner with local businesses to help grow everything in the Winter Haven community.

Mark Godwin is a U.S. Soccer National Coach Educator and Talent Scout and teaches courses all of the United States. In just 7 months he has been able to grow the Winter Haven Soccer Club by over 35% and take our competitive program from 15 teams to 20 teams. His passion for the game is truly never ending and wants people to know about the impact the great game of soccer can have on a community as he looks to connect not only to the City of Winter Haven but Polk County as well.
