We want to be able to offer the best possible services for our Winter Haven Soccer Club players to continue their soccer careers beyond WHSC and High School. Thanks to our affiliation with the United Soccer Association League, we are pleased to be able to share with you some of the offerings that are available.
United Soccer Association Announces Partnership with Nagele College Planning to Expand College Recruiting Access
The United Soccer Association (USA) has announced a new league-wide partnership with Nagele College Planning, a collaboration designed to elevate college recruiting access, enhance player development pathways, and expand long-term support for student-athletes across all USA member clubs.
This strategic partnership reinforces USA’s commitment to providing equitable, high-quality recruiting resources to every club in the league, regardless of size or location. Through this initiative, member clubs will receive structured support aimed at helping players navigate the increasingly competitive collegiate soccer landscape.
Program Overview
Beginning with the 2026/2027 season, each USA member club will have the opportunity to select one high-school–aged player per season to work exclusively with Nagele College Planning. To qualify, the selected player must compete on a team participating within the United Soccer Association.
Selected players will receive personalized, no-cost support that includes:
• Individualized college recruiting strategy
• Communication and outreach assistance
• Exposure and showcase planning
• Tailored college placement guidance
Exclusive Member Benefits
These services will be available only to players chosen by USA member clubs and will be provided entirely free of charge. The exclusivity of this offering underscores USA’s dedication to fostering meaningful development opportunities for its athletes.
Annual Recruiting Seminar
Starting in 2026, Nagele College Planning will host an annual virtual recruiting seminar via Zoom. These sessions will be offered at no cost and will be reserved exclusively for USA clubs, players, and families. Additional seminar dates and details will be released once finalized. The USA will distribute all communications related to seminar registration and participation.

By combining league infrastructure with Nagele College Planning’s proven recruiting guidance, the initiative aims to create consistent, accessible pathways for athletes pursuing college soccer opportunities.
